SHIMLA: The passing away of former Himachal Pradesh High Court judge Justice Surinder Singh Thakur has cast a pall of grief over the legal fraternity in the state.
His demise is being widely seen as an irreparable loss to the judicial community of Himachal Pradesh.
According to the sources, Thakur died at PGI after a brief illness.
