Shimla: The Lions Club Shimla organized a Blood Donation and Testing Camp at the iconic Ridge Maidan, successfully bringing the community together for a noble cause.
Lion Manmohan Verma, President of the club, shared that 15 individuals came forward to donate blood, which was handed over to the team from DDU Hospital.
In addition to blood donation, free blood tests were conducted during the camp in collaboration with BVP Clinical Lab. The reports were provided to participants on the spot, ensuring timely access to health insights.
The event witnessed active participation from Lions Club members, including Project Chairperson Lion Sunil Sood, Director Lion Davinder Chauhan, Secretary Lion M.K. Sharma, and members Lion C.L. Sankhyan, Lion Sufal Sood, Lion J.P. Sharma, Lion Daleep Kumar, Lion R.K. Jishtu, Lion Gopal Vaid (Vice President), and Lion Umesh Sood.
Verma appreciated the collective effort, highlighting the club’s dedication to serving society through impactful initiatives.
