Shimla: In a tale of mountaineering feats mountaineer Praveen Singh from Kangra district has ascended to new heights, receiving the prestigious Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Award-2022.
The accolade, presented by President Droupadi Murmu in New Delhi, recognizes Praveen Singh's extraordinary feats, including conquering Mount Everest and Mount Kanchenjunga twice among more than 20 Himalayan Peaks.
Serving as an ASI in BSF, Singh's dedication and hard work have elevated him. He has also led many cycling expeditions as well.
Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, warmly congratulated him on this remarkable journey of triumph.
