Chandigarh, 14 October 2024: Entrepreneur Ritika Singh, CEO and Founder of Kontent Factory, has been named Chairwoman of the Indian Women Network (IWN) Chandigarh Tricity Chapter for 2024-25.

Singh said the focus for the year is Redefining Boundaries that aimed at empowering women to break stereotypes and reach new heights.

Singh, taking over from Dr Ruby Ahuja, highlighted her vision of creating an inclusive space for women to grow.

“It’s time we redefine boundaries. My goal is to provide mentorship and opportunities for women to push past limits and succeed across industries,” she said at the IWN annual session at CII Headquarters.

Anurag Gupta, Chairman of CII Chandigarh, emphasized IWN’s importance. “IWN is crucial in helping women professionals connect and grow. It plays a key role in supporting their career development,” he stated.

Dr Pallavi Misra, Chairperson of IWN Northern Region, added, “Women here are proving there are no limits. CII IWN is committed to helping women break through barriers.”

Nandini Chaudhry, Vice Chair of IWN Northern Region, said, “Empowerment means building a culture where women lift each other up. Together, we can create an ecosystem of support and success.”

Singh, a seasoned content strategist and advocate for minority rights, brings extensive leadership experience. She is also a radio host and serves as National Advisor to the National Minorities Commission of India.
