The victims have been identified as Hrithik Damal, the son of Baby Damal Bamta, and Priyanshu Kimta, son of Bhupinder Kimta from Chambi Nanahar
They died on the spot.
The circumstances leading to the accident remain unclear. The police is investigation the case.
