Shimla: The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) has announced free legal aid for those who were booked for protesting against an alleged illegal mosque in Sanjauli.

The protests, which took place over the last few days, led to several FIRs being registered against the demonstrators.

Speaking on the matter, VHP activist Vijayendra Pal Singh stated,

“We will ensure that all those who stood up against the illegal mosque in Sanjauli receive proper legal support.

The VHP’s legal wing is ready to provide free legal services to fight these cases.”

The VHP has released a list of key legal contacts for those seeking assistance. Protesters can reach out to Manoj Thakur at 9418095651, Vivek Sharma at 9816049696, or Veer Bahadur Verma, the Prant Sanyojak of the VHP legal cell, at 7018942502 for support.

The VHP has assured that it will stand by the protestors and provide any legal help required during this legal battle.
