In a show of support, the World Bank has offered full assistance to Himachal Pradesh in its recovery process.

This includes a comprehensive assessment of the damages incurred in various sectors like roads, power, water supply, housing, agriculture, and more. The Bank will collaborate with the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR) to quantify the losses and provide technical aid for reconstruction and disaster risk management.

In response, the Chief Minister expressed gratitude to the World Bank for its generous support and acknowledged the immense challenges faced by the state.
