SHIMLA: The Shimla Police have cracked the sensational murder case of Manisha Mittal, revealing that the killing was allegedly masterminded over a property dispute.
According to the police, the investigation into the June 13 murder near Saraswati Paradise School in Sanjauli has been completed, exposing a well-planned conspiracy behind the crime.
Police have arrested Himank Mittal, the victim's brother, his business partner Gobind, and two alleged contract shooters who are accused of executing the murder.
Investigators said the conspiracy was hatched over a dispute related to property. The accused allegedly hired the two shooters to eliminate Manisha Mittal.
The arrests mark a major breakthrough in a case that had shocked residents of the state capital. Police said all four accused are in custody and further legal proceedings are underway.
