Sonia Gandhi Undergoes Routine Medical Check-up at IGMC Shimla
Shimla, June 7: Congress leader Sonia Gandhi, who is currently in Shimla for her summer retreat at her Charabra residence, visited Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC) on Friday for a routine medical check-up.
According to IGMC Medical Superintendent, "Smt. Sonia Gandhi underwent a few routine medical investigations as part of preventive and diagnostic care.
A team of specialized doctors conducted the required tests, and all necessary protocols were followed during her visit."
He further confirmed that the visit was smoothly coordinated by the hospital staff and that the Congress leader left the hospital after the check-up was completed.
Sonia Gandhi often retreats to her Charabra home near Mashobra during the summer months for rest and rejuvenation.
