SHIMLA: On June 29, 2024, St. Edward's School hosted Irish Ambassador to India, His Excellency Kevin Kelly, alongside Deputy Ambassador Raymond Mullen, Head of Visa Office Cairbre O' Fearghail, and Second Secretary Peader O'hUbain.
Teachers and students gave the distinguished guests a warm welcome. Ambassador Kelly raised the school flag, which was followed by a rendition of the school anthem.
A special interaction session in the school library offered Model United Nations (MUN) students the chance to engage directly with the diplomats, gaining valuable insights from Ambassador Kelly’s distinguished career.
The event concluded with a felicitation ceremony by the school management and refreshments provided by the School’s Cuisine Club.
